FW: Press Release: Florida Art Education Association Award Winners

The Florida Art Education Association (FAEA) has announced the 2009 award recipients and five out of seventeen of the awards went to the art educators of Palm Beach County.

Steven Miller - Elementary Art Educator of the Year (Grassy Waters Elem.)

Glen Barefoot - Middle Art Educator of the Year (Bak Middle School of the Arts)

Raul Iribarren - Elementary Principal of the Year (Palmetto Elementary)

An FAEA award ceremony will take place on Friday, October 16th at 7:00 pm at The Florida Hotel in Orlando.

This year's outstanding recipients follow in the distinguished foot steps of the four 2008 Palm Beach County award winners.

Rosemary Shaw - Elementary Art Educator of the Year (U.B. Kinsey/Palmview School of the Arts)
